In light of these recent developments and the fluid nature of this situation, we have decided that for the remainder of this month, Word of Life Christian Center will be moving to an Online Church Experience. These are unprecedented circumstances, and we are trusting God for creative solutions!
For the latest information, prayer requests, scriptures, confessions, and ways that you can continue to stay connected, visit us here on the website on the connect page or in our app. Our purpose is to equip you to resist the enemy while offering encouragement and practical support.

Dear Church Family,
The Scriptures exhorts us to weep with those that weep and rejoice with those that rejoice. I’ve had the privilege of listening to the stories of members of our church and understanding better the pain they are suffering. The tragic and horrific death of George Floyd at the hands of police officers and deaths of other African Americans has caused so much pain in our communities.
The Word of God will get you through!
Thankfully, the Bible has a lot to say to us about how to get through difficult times! Even though none of us has ever experienced a “storm” quite like the one currently rocking our world, God sure wasn’t taken by surprise, and His Word has all we need to help us navigate through it!
The Word of God is Not Bound! (2 Timothy 2:9)
This is the Word that came up in my spirit while we were praying with our staff on Tuesday about what to do. The Apostle Paul was writing from prison to Timothy, his son in the faith. It seemed that he was restricted in what he could do to minister to people under the circumstances.
